Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

• Were shipped by Cycle Shop 24
• Are in their original condition
• Show no signs of wear or use
• Include all original packaging and accessories
• Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personal protective equipment (helmets, pads)
• Custom-built or modified bicycles
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
• Nutrition products
• Undergarments and personal care items

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely with all original materials
5. Ship to: Cycle Shop 24, 305 Roger Rd, Ottawa, ON K1H 5C3

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

1. Our team will inspect the item within 2 business days
2. You'll receive an email confirming the status of your return
3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
4. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Important Notes:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns

Damaged or Defective Items

For items received damaged or with manufacturing defects:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage
• We'll cover return shipping costs
• Choose between replacement or full refund

Exchanges

For size or model exchanges:

• Follow the same return process
• Indicate desired replacement in your return request
• Subject to product availability
• Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
